Are you fed up with the way you have been treated by companies, who treat you with contempt, and think they can walk all over you, seemingly leaving you with no recourse?
Well, you've come to
the right place.
We are an independent organisation who bring to the public's attention tales of terrible customer service from businesses who should know better.
This new site aims to warn you about those companies who give appalling customer service and who seem to think that we, the consumers, are something they happened to have stepped in ... then in most cases charging us for the privilege.
On the left-hand menu is a list of well-known, and some no-so-well-known UK companies, all of whom have delivered unbelievably appalling customer service or treated their customers like dirt, and when asked to put their mistakes right take the attitude of "You're joking, aren't you!". Clicking on the company name will show you some of their customers' experiences and where customers of theirs have fought back.
This site is more of a structured forum of information for the general public, rather than being an uncontrolled BLOG, which simply allows anybody to put forward their opinion as fact, whether true or false. We check all details provided before publishing.
Most of these companies have been taken to the Small Claims Court by their customers, with no legal assistance or advice whatsoever. In most cases, the customer was up against high-flying barristers and still won their claim. All customers want is to be treated fairly and receive justice.
As we build up this site we will show you how to place an order so that if you have to take the company to court, you will win. We have added a new section which shows you how to bring a claim in the County Court, what to expect and how to present your arguments to the judge.
With our help we will teach these companies a lesson or two about how to treat their customers with respect. They don't seem to be affected by losing court claims ro having people complain to then, so perhaps this site will give them an object lesson in the clearly little-known concepts of honour and decency.
If you have a tale of woe, which ended up with you defeating a large company then let us know. You can email us right here. None of your personal details will be published on this site or passed to anybody. We will check all the details before publishing stories on this site as we wish to remain within the law.
The only names you'll find on this site are those of the Chief Executives, Chairmen and awful employees of the featured companies, including the bosses' home addresses, so that you can write to them and let them know what you think. This information is available at Companies House, anyway and is in the public domain.
All of the material on this site is deemed in the public interest and placed here as fair comment to allow consumers to judge for themselves whether they should procure products and services from the companies highlighted.
Anybody mentioned on this site, who feels aggrieved at being mentioned herein, and believes anything said about them is untrue should contact us. If we receive evidence that information on this site is incorrect it will be removed.
Finally, we would like to thank all of those people who have taken the time to write to us with details of their experiences with the companies mentioned on this site. We respect your decision to do this and would never publish any details about you without your express permission.
